At our meeting last night we had a slide show, and some members were unable to view it, due to the way that the room was set-up. Secretary Richard was convassing for ideas on the best possible room set-up, so I agreed to start this thread to allow everyone to have a say. The input can then be collated in order to try and get a 'best fit' plan agreed. Comments welcome and encouraged.
